What is the initial commitment period for the service
The initial commitment period is 24 months, which automatically renews for another 24 months unless a termination notice is provided.
How often are content updates provided?
Major content updates are provided every 24 months, and a complete site redesign is done every 48 months, both contingent on the renewal of the initial subscription.
Can I continue the service after the initial 24 months?
Yes, after the initial 24 months, you can continue on a month-to-month basis, but content updates included in the initial subscription will no longer be available.
Who owns the content created on the website?
The client remains the exclusive owner of all content provided or created for the site, including texts, images, and videos.
What does the hosting and maintenance service include?
The service includes premium type hosting, automated weekly updates and malware scan and removal.
What is required to terminate the service and prevent automatic renewal?
A 30-day notice is required to prevent automatic renewal. Upon termination, clients may retrieve all their content.
What happens after termination of the service?
After termination, you can choose to continue receiving hosting services on a month-to-month basis, but this will not include content updates.
When does the contract and its related payments start?
The contract and payments take effect at the launch of the project, with GoCleo anticipating completion in approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on deliverables and necessary validations.
How are prices handled during and after the contract term?
Prices will remain the same for the duration of the term. However, we cannot guarantee prices after the initial 48-month period.
Can I pay by bank transfer
Unfortunately, we only accept credit card payments.

We’ll work with you step by step to create the content for your site. Our team will provide recommendations and best practices to ensure your website is clear, professional, and visually appealing. You’ll always have the final say in every aspect of the design and content.
What is the process for launching my website?
Once the content is approved and the design is finalized, your website will be ready to go live. You’ll receive a professional WordPress site with your own domain name, optimized for search engines and easy to manage. This ensures a fast and seamless launch, allowing you to start engaging with your audience without delay.
I don’t have an email or domain. Can you handle that for me?
GoCleo does not manage email services. Regarding the domain, we can assist you in purchasing one if you do not already own it, but you should always be the owner of your business domain.
